The Botanic Sapa exceeded our expectations in every way. The property was impeccably clean and beautifully decorated. We were pleasantly surprised with daily afternoon snacks and water for our treks. The breakfast portions were so generous that we didn't need to eat lunch. The location was perfect, just a one-minute walk to the main road but still peaceful and quiet. The mountain views from our first-floor room were breathtaking. But the highlight of our stay was Van, the host, who went above and beyond to make our trip seamless and memorable. She gave us insider tips on hidden waterfalls and other secret sightseeing spots that turned out to be the best part of Sapa for us. Van helped us arrange a private trek and even provided detailed maps for local restaurants and attractions. She truly made us feel at home, and her adorable daughter and friendly chihuahua added to the warm hospitality. we can't recommend the Botanic Sapa enough!
Additionally, the property has steps that may be challenging for mobility-impaired individuals. Despite these minor inconveniences, we would gladly book the Botanic Sapa again.
